When should I arrive for class?
The studio will open 10 mins before each class. This is a home based studio, so please note that there will be no access any earlier than 10 mins before class.
If this is your first visit, please ensure you arrive 5 mins before class is due to start, so we can learn about you and your fitness routine, your goals, and any health concerns you have.

What should I bring & wear?
We recommend to wear activewear that you feel comfortable to move freely in.
Leave your shoes at the door & grip socks are optional.
Please bring a mat & water bottle to all classes.

I've never danced before!! What's involved in a class?
Barre is for everyone, and there’s absolutely no dance experience required!
Expect a fun 35 minute workout that’s Inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates. We focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements, which allow you to build strength, tone your body and increase flexibility!
-
Where are you located? Is there parking?
We’re in Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast.
There is street parking available. Please be mindful of our neighbours - keep their driveways clear, and keep noise to a minimum.
-
Is this for women only?
Absolutely not! Barre has never been a female-only workout - it’s for everyone! Book a class and see for yourself
-
Can I bring my children?
We’re currently in the process of fencing off an area for our little loves to play.
Please feel free to bring your child and you can bring toys, food or anything else you need to keep your little loves entertained.
There is space in our drive, directly outside the studio (for the later classes) However, this is not a dedicated child friendly area (yet :-) We do not have a fenced in yard. It is also your responsibility to tend to your child throughout class, when needed.

Injuries & Illnesses - Do I need a clearance certificate from my GP?
To some degree, common sense applies here. How healthy are you right now? Do you have any medical concerns, or anything going on with your body?
If so, you may need clearance from an Exercise Physiologist and/or your GP - And a one on one assessment, prior to joining a class.
